Mentoring

I understand.  Sometimes, the challenges are too large and too urgent for a client to engage in coaching right away.

In that case, we can engage in a mentoring exchange.  Based on my experience, I can tap into my knowledge and help you navigate the challenges with first hand experience and practical advice.

I still think coaching is the way to go for deeper transformation and growth but I wanted to also offer you all something more immediate and hands on as I know how challenging things can get when you are navigating so many different challenges out of your culture and references.
