Cancellations and Refunds
Single Sessions Purchased: Single sessions are fully refundable if cancelled with a minimum 24 hours of the start of the session.
How to claim it:
If you are not a member: Send an e-mail to: sam@coachsamvidal.com (or use the contact form below) at least 24 hours before the start of your session asking for the cancellation.
The cancellation and refund will be processed in max 5 business days using the original form of payment.
If you are a member: Enter your member page and cancel the session. I will be in touch to process your refund in max 5 business days provided you cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
Plan purchased (6 sessions paid in advance): Sessions that already happened are not refundable and will be charged in full (Full price for an individual session, no discount).
The client will then be refunded the remaining amount (Sessions that took place at full price - minus the total amount paid) via original form of payment.

If you request a cancellation of a plan with less than 24 hours to an already scheduled session, that session will be paid in full and the remaining amount of the plan paid will be refunded.

Rescheduling
If you purchased a session as part of a plan or if you purchased a single session, the process is the same and it's quite easy:

If you are not a member yet: With the same e-mail you used to complete your purchase, click at the "Member login" area and sign up. Your sessions will appear to you automatically. You can then re-book online for any other available slot.

If you are a member: Go to your member page, click on the session you want to move and reschedule online.

Please note: If you reschedule a session with less than 24 hours to the start of it, you will receive an invoice for the payment of the originally scheduled session.
